Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be returned with the original protective strip intact.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment shows no signs of wear or fragrance.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
